None, sadly it used to be a good department with people that cared, now with David Faithfull leading the department its all gone down hill and very quickly

Right now lots of uncertainty. No honesty in sharing communications of what's happening to our department and network rail. Currently going through a big restructure and reorg with all jobs at risk of redundancy. David Faithfull and his leadership team are so far removed from the people doing the jobs and so uninterested in the people leaving. People are in the wrong jobs but nothing being done to sort. Poor pay, no bonus or pay rises No objectives to work towards No accountability - People in hierarchical roles use their status to power over others Lack of career development People are being replaced with contractors. They are happy to pay more for robotic contractors who don't care!
