Stressful - Recensione dipendente - Senior Finance Business Partner presso Network Rail

I had 2 very different experiences, so depends on the team you are in. I left due to the back to back meetings which made it impossible to get any work done, the micro managing and the constant talk of redundancies/restructure. When I joined 6 or so years ago it was a much more enjoyable place to work and the team were extremely supportive but post re-org it was a toxic environment of micro managing and constant talk of rendundancies.
