Every manager has an idea that causes issues for projects (always moving the goalposts) Wastes money and shows nothing for its Throws money at the wrong places Pays well over the odds for poor quality supply’s for example what should cost £100 will cost tax payers £1000, likewise £1000 becomes £10,000 so forth… Doesn’t learn from its past mistakes, or forgets. Doesn’t value employees opinions and instead makes errors. Directions of future unclear Leadership non existent
