Not trustworthy - Recensione dipendente - Techical Consultant presso Network Rail

Like most companies they come up with idiotic ideas that cost a fortune and don't work. They lie and make things difficult when I am sure things could be so simple. It's a bully culture even though they try to mask this by acting diverse. The contracts are unfair and if you have issues management stick together to try manage people out. let's put it this way you will never win a grievance no matter how right you are!! Higher management are corrupt and they don't tell the truth. Managers have multiple grievances raised against them yet they still seem to be able to continue with their corruption within the business dispite multiple complaints against them.
