Good work life balance - Recensione dipendente - Engineer presso Network Rail

What made NR stand our 5 years ago is now industry standard, unfortunately NR seem to be pushing in the opposite way with enforced back to work requirements. Not what it used to be and with constant slimming down of the organisation it definitely results in greater stress on individuals. I am planning to leave as the salary is just not good enough.
