It was difficult working from home during the pandemic as we didn't get to spend each day with the team, however we had regular catch ups via teams which was nice and we were all set up to work remotely prior to the pandemic so there was little disruption when we started to work remotely.

Provided equipment (laptop, phone, etc) is obsolete and of poor quality. Rampant unprofessional ism and disorganisation.
