Remote work setting can sometimes be challenging when trying to communicate in high pressure / time sensitive situations.

I am always proud to say that I've been with this company for more than a decade. Acquired and developed most of the skills I have now from them. Working remotely with people from different countries has opened some of my capabilities on how to deal with other people with confidence. NS has welcomed employees/contractors from the Philippines and consider us as significant part of the team.

I have seen how the company has evolved from just using excel sheets until it has adapted to the developed technology, systems and processes.
