He is also one to let you take the lead the implement new ideas and strategies while he provides any support you would need. 4- The NS team is made up of many different cultures and nationalities which allows different minds to work together to create great work for their clients. 5- Adaptable & agile processes which create an exciting environment to work in.

Remote work setting can sometimes be challenging when trying to communicate in high pressure / time sensitive situations.

I am always proud to say that I've been with this company for more than a decade. Acquired and developed most of the skills I have now from them. Working remotely with people from different countries has opened some of my capabilities on how to deal with other people with confidence. NS has welcomed employees/contractors from the Philippines and consider us as significant part of the team.

I have seen how the company has evolved from just using excel sheets until it has adapted to the developed technology, systems and processes. Change is inevitable yet sometimes they cause disarray and pressure to the employees if they are to be carried immediately. On the contrary, it builds strong and capable employees who can overcome pressure.
