Strong company with direction and momentum. The company really cares about its people and walks the talk on people being such an important asset. Great resources (formal and informal) for employees. Managers are measured and rewarded for growing their people. Interesting work and great clients. Terrific team spirit and communication when it matters. Leaders have integrity and work hard to motivate others.

Long hours are part of the package deal. Some turn over in the senior ranks have led to changes in direction. A lot of acquisition activity has led to a lot of change and integration in a short period of time (although management has done a pretty good job of communication and integration).
