* Bad project management * Projects not staffed with proper teams based on project needs * Management\directors do not listen to the resources they hire even though they were hired as the experts * Meetings to talk about meetings and another to talk about that meeting * They will want you to promise things to the client that can’t be delivered and want you to be accounting for their promises * Project success for the client is not number 1 priority but billing the client is * The impression I got was that they hire fulltime staff as directors\managers and use offshore teams for staffing the projects and wonder why their projects fail * I should have read all the bad reviews and stayed away. It was a nightmare. * Not the best pay * I wouldn’t wish this job on my enemy
