Your performance is judged on the amount of time spent in the company rather than what you actually contribute or your skillsets. You can have 1 hr of lunch time 1 hr of coffee break if you stay in the office for 9-10 hours without anyone questioning you. But if you finish your work in 8 hrs with just 15 minutes of break you are a bad employee. No work-live balance at all. Heavily underpaid job for interns. Heavily dependant on interns for doing all the work. You have to work for more than the stipulated time as per contract or else you can kiss your job goodbye. Have the worst working environment.
