Everything else. The moral has never been lower, the pressure to perform never been higher, the owners temper is hotter than ever, the micromanaging is excessive, expect to be doing the work of three people with no actual support and intense, constantly changing demands with no actual internal planning beyond your own efforts.
Raises never came in the past year but the workload just kept growing. It’s not uncommon to find someone hiding in an empty office crying. Also not uncommon to hear the owner screaming at someone despite the closed office door.
I’m beyond glad to be gone and disappointed that I stayed as long as I did. This job put me back in therapy.
