The work itself was meaningful and impactful. Serving the homeless population and being part of efforts to improve lives was deeply rewarding. The mission gave purpose to the job, and the people we served made the challenges worthwhile.

For a company rooted in mental health, there’s a noticeable lack of care for staff’s mental health, work-life balance, and recognition.
