Vantaggi

Good pay but could be a lot better. Good schedule depending on what you do.

Svantaggi

Paid biweekly management don't know wtf they are doing. Lots of ego's and backstabbing in all departments. Management, engineer's and the safety person constantly head hunt to get people fired over really small things.

Vantaggi

Job offers good pay for the area

Svantaggi

The worst company I’ve ever worked for . Been nothing but problems since Eagle materials corp took over . I’d take Lehigh and Martin Marietta over this company any day ! They pick and choose when to validate union contract agreements. Higher ups come and visit won’t even look you in the eyes let alone acknowledge you. They want our support to get the port to expand their business but won’t support their employees I personally hope the Port of Stockton doesn’t give them another square inch !
