management - lies, - they appoint positions like they are royalty who have no clue, They lie to UPPER management about # of shoes we produce out the door 1st quality, they UPPER management VP, CEO etc.,, just blindly ignore complaints or their management hired. Or address us on the floor like we are idiots and have to follow the plan.. THEY need us more than we need them - and they are ruining Lawrence manufacturing - Plus their Management ( all Production managers bosses) are not friendly to our culture an Hispanic people.
