Recruitment is a competitive industry so you have to be prepared to work hard and keep positive within your first year as it can be hard to build your client base but the ones that push through the challenging times and remain driven and positive will see the rewards. It really is a lovely business to be a part of.

So structured - you have absolutely no freedom. This is the process so do it. Poor tech to use - old and slow laptops. Don't use any modern software like a decent ATS. It's really poor. Culture - not immersed into the culture until you pass probation. You feel completely left out and it's just a very clicky culture.
