Thank you for your kind words on our culture. In 2015 we launched a new structure to make it 100% clear how people grow their career within New Chapter – from raw Graduate to MD its now clear and transparent what people need to do to progress to the next stage, the rules are the same for everyone. In our most recent survey conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute 92% of employees said that their career aspirations could be fulfilled at New Chapter.

Recruitment is a competitive industry so you have to be prepared to work hard and keep positive within your first year as it can be hard to build your client base but the ones that push through the challenging times and remain driven and positive will see the rewards. It really is a lovely business to be a part of.
Very inclusive and collaborative environment. Work with some good brands and consultants are trusted and empowered by management.
A good business where experienced recruiters can thrive.
I was very well supported by the owners (Adrian & Kathy) and Senior team (Mike) during a very challenging period in my personal life to a degree that was above and beyond expectations.
