Small company that allows to have flexible skill set, and learn and collaborate from/with departments.

Small company with very limited possibility of grow in term of career

The schedule is flexible. The shop people are friendly. The work was decent, when it's busy you can rack up some hours upon approval from the bosses.

Management does not treat employees equally. The office people and shop people gets different benefits, office gets all the goods (easy salary, vacation days, PTO and sick days) and shop gets nothing but health insurance. Work fluctuates for the shop, when it's slow there are hour cuts and lay offs. They spend money in the wrong places and won't order the things that are actually needed for the projects.
