Our current TEAM from our previous owners, Arbor Glen, an Ebenezer community has mostly stayed the same.. for now...

Huge changes withing the first few months, little to no training on med carts, or how to count narcs.. etc. We are given licensed nurse responsibilities when we are only CNA's/HHA. We lost our best boss Bobby and our best nurse Nicole, due to the switch over. Including multiple staff that have been working at Arbor Glen for years! 😣 This company is all about money!! Didn't care at ALL to train us in on the new way of things.. so unorganized and unfortunate because we have amazing staff, residents and families.. a lot of us have worked here for years and I've never in 6 years heard more staff talk about leaving.. especially from the RA,s side 😔 it is so unfortunate 😞 Arbor Glen was the best assisted living I've EVER seen and it's going down hill everyday with New Perspective 😔 staff, families, and residents have all noticed a difference 😔 Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone now.. which, before with Arbor Glen, I would have recommended it to everyone! Do your research on New Perspective... it is not the same as Arbor Glen 😞
