Leadership changes almost weekly at this point. People with decades of domain experience are assigned as architects on projects completly outside of those domains. To obtain your bonus you must hit billable target hours that are out of your control due to sales pipeline problems, and new certs required in q4 while it takes the company until mid q2 of the following year to figure out bonuses.

This company has some of the worst leadership I’ve ever seen. There is no management layer. It is a bunch of individual contributors clustered with a reporting hierarchy but I have seen very little people management, development or general leadership qualities. Everyone is out for themselves and only cares about the flavor of the month to impress the new C suite. Exec turnover and general turnover has exacerbated this but it’s a culture issue. This company truly sucks. I would not recommend even if you are desperate. Wait a year until the VC sells it. The company has never turned a profit
