Great Concept: Better Hearing, incredibly thorough hearing evaluations that are complementary, selling American-made Starkey hearing products, providing a product for every budget, personally-tailored service, will go the extra mile for a patient.

The turn-over rate is appalling (over 50%). HQ is understaffed and poorly managed, resulting in field offices getting inadequate support, waiting weeks, even months for needed supplies, equipment, and even years for site visits. Encouragement is seldom heard, just more initiatives and performance indicators that lack follow-through or foresight. Termination is the answer to 'developing' employees that don't fit the mold of a subservient minion. Beware: you will be told that the turnover is low and benefits are comprehensive and competitive...NOT! Two holidays a year and no sick leave...just 6 PTO days...really expensive medical insurance...no disability insurance...REALLY???
