      I have been working here as Product owne and overall, the experience has been quite positive. Pros: The work culture is good. People are helpful and supportive across teams. There’s a strong sense of collaboration which makes the work environment pleasant. Management is approachable and open to feedback. You can easily connect with your leads or senior leadership when needed. There are good learning opportunities, especially if you are eager to upskill. You get to work on the latest technologies and tools. Projects are well-structured and clients are good. Exposure to global clients helps in understanding diverse business requirements and improves communication and problem-solving skills.

      Cons: Work-life balance depends on the project you are in. Some projects can be a bit demanding.
