Direct impact work with service users (founders), great colleagues, access to co-working spaces nationally, variety of programmes, opportunities to learn.

Flat hierarchy, little room to move up the career ladder, organization culture could be improved. Could be more commercial in its culture and operations, lack proper performance management and ill matched management style.
