      Good tech, great people, great location <edit - 21/12/12> After reading some other reviews on NB I think it is worth putting a few points right - there is now on call allowances and when I have to work out of hours or on w/e I get time in lieu also. Benefits are improving also in the last 12 months, I guess thats a good thing about the RIM takeover.

      Was taken over by RIM - which meant that some big corporate processes and policies had to be implemented which impacted culture to a degree.

      With HQ based out in Dublin, Ireland communication with your counterparts is extremely challenging. The 8 hour time difference can make it almost impossible to get any decent amount of work done. Management does not believe in the appropriate balance of work and life. It is highly likely you will be working weekends to satisfy promises made by sales and project management to customers.
