Great working environment, would recommend.

It's a job. And jobs suck

Most people are genuinely nice and want to do a good job.

Morale is low, and redundancies have caused unhappy teams with no one left to do the work. This is causing tension and frustration. High pressure to constantly save save do more more, it's very draining. Recent turnover of many managers.
