The company is plagued with nasty, autocratic, and myopic senior management. Most of the company are first generation immigrants with elementary English skills, and when people fail to understand basic communications, the blame is placed on native English speakers to cover their incompetence. Projects to diversify the company's core portfolio are launched with minimal resources and doomed to failure. People are harassed daily for failing to meet senior managers' arbitrary goals. And every week, people are fired. New hire training has been dumbed down so that almost nothing useful is covered during the classes. You have to read through a hundred page document to study for a test, and you can be fired for not passing it. If you have any sort of industry experience, and hope to apply it at Newegg, don't bother. Odds are, your manager will have no respect for your experience and will actually tell you to keep your mouth shut because they know better.
