You'll get the meet bright people around the world who will connect with you on a professional and personal level. The company is trying really hard to differentiate from BPM players in the market. So you will be on the front on how the company is solving highly critical business problems in Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare and other verticals. A good company to learn about solutions instead of products.

There is a true lack of management. Everyone has different opinion and everyone considers themselves experts in everything. It's highly confusing as every 2 months the strategy seems to shift. There is no team and zero encouragement. I wasn't able to identify quickly that the employee turnover is high. It is expected to be 2, 3 or sometimes 4 weeks on the road at time, work on weekends, holidays etc. No work/life balance. Pay is not that good and there is no 401K. Finally, there is little respect to employees. Expenses can paid after 3 months of submitting them. You could travel to a client and have no hotel booked in the middle of the night. You can check out of an hotel to find out the it hasn't being paid. Highly disrespectful. The offboarding process is a complete nightmare.
