      They leave you alone. The firm has been on an upswing. The stock has done well. They have acquired some good companies.

      There is no management and no leadership. Penny wise and pound foolish approach on most topics. There is no culture other than making money.

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
