      Extremely incapable management that is often beyond unprofessional. Leadership often crosses the line in how they handle their staff and most feel the need to watch their own backs more than focus on their work. Incredibly deceitful culture with substandard pay and benefits. Also, virtually no effective HR.

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
