      Newmark has has problems in the past but is evolving into a really good company. While they are suffering through short term growing pains they are headed in the right direction. They've made several key hires that should accelerate their growth.

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
