      Salary is better than many of its competitors. Friendly work force.

      No company 401k contribution. You're salary is better so it's best to set more aside to compensate for the lack of a company contribution.

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
