      Salary was hourly, $19.23 @ 30 hours per week. They gave me a good office, work wasn't that hard. I enjoyed working with the people on my group. Unfortunately, I was furloughed for a year along with 50% of staff; then, layer off permanently. Bummer.

      I worked for several brokers, one in Atlanta the others were in different states. Beware the "retirement plan." They do not contribute at all, just take out of your paycheck & put in their account. When you roll it over to your own retirement account, after not working there anymore, the "bank" charges you $75 of your own money! Do NOT use their retirement!

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
