      - great experience underwriting and seeing deals from prospecting to close. If you decide to not go into brokerage, you'll be armed with the best real estate knowledge and skills to go do whatever you want. - smaller company than JLL & CBRE. Much less oversight and much better culture. - Incredible people

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
