CIO's brings a new definition to micro- managing 4. Be prepared in an open forum of your senior peers is explain to the CIO what you do for 8 hours a day. 5. Comp if are expecting a case bonus take that bonus and subtract 75% that is put into equity that has a 1/3 maturity over 3 years. 6. Expect if you are on a core project to be working weekends and getting calls form the CIO at all hours and 7 days a week. AND YOU BETTER PICK UP. 7. If you feel technology is best solutioned and developed with standards, Kiss that pipe dream away. 8. Finish a project - NEVER as priorities literally change day to day and at time hour to hour. 9.
