Lack of Processes – The company operates without clear processes, leading to inefficiencies and confusion. Work Overload – Employees are often burdened with excessive workloads, making it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Unfair Policies – The company’s policies are heavily skewed in favor of the employer. If an employee resigns, they are required to serve a two-month notice period. However, if the company decides to terminate an employee, they are given just 14 days' notice. Recently, this clause was enforced to remove multiple employees under the pretext of "performance issues." No Job Security – The company frequently lays off employees multiple times a year, regardless of their hard work and dedication. Employees receive abrupt termination notices stating that their performance is inadequate, with no prior warning or opportunity for improvement.
