The company has big visions, which is great for people who like a good challenge. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help (genuinely). Not only does everyone pull their own weight in a big way, but also help pick up slack when other team members need it. There is no "That's not my job" mentality. The leadership team feel like colleagues, so you can come to them with full transparency and expect nothing but support and encouragement in return. Benefits are incredible, as well. They really invest in their people in a big way. Absolutely love it.

Svantaggi

If you work a salary role, you can expect there to be some late nights or weekend work (that's normal for salary roles anywhere) - but they are big on work/life balance unless there's a tight deadline. There's a lot of change and plenty of hands in the basket at all times, which can cause some projects to take longer than anticipated (or some last minute rushes and delays). There's really not many cons, honestly.

Very supportive team and collaborative working environment. From the top down, the NexHealth team works together to retool and improve the platform. Product and engineering are always asking for more ways to make customers happy and they do so by working cross functionally. My time at NexHealth has only gotten better. Startups can be tough but the community, mission and impact have made any tough times well worth it.

There have been some big changes in leadership causing some disruptions. However the every transition was handled well and a plan was communicated to the team.

-Onboarding process as a new hire needs to be more structured -You are expected to learn things on the fly and adapt efficiently and quickly -Being a fast learner is crucial in addition to being coachable and open to feedback from your peers -Improvement to be made on documentation as a whole and where to find information in the day-to-day
