HR and Management do not listen instead they make you feel like a hinderance and make you feel as if your issues are all you. Insurance is subpar for a company its size. Rules are only Rules for some people and not for all - it has been said to be a case-by-case basis - again in a company this size rules should be across the board. Not really a work life balance - some people are over worked while others do not work
