Keeps you on your toes - Ever changing Goal Posts and Structure: The business has changed its structure and who reports who but the actual work load / duties have not changed a bit. 5. Great support team of Managers – Too many Managers: The business has a whole Army of managers. We have reporting managers and have managers for reporting managers who further report to another Manager- Top heavy and very few working staff. 6. New Ideas – Wants to Implement all idiotic ideas: The business is very encouraging to morons in managerial positions to implement some silly ideas without having no knowledge of how things actual work on ground level.
