They're a swedish consulting company and do most of the regular things that consulting companies do. Try and keep employee's salaries low and push you out on assignments without seeing if it's any good or not. It's not lost on me that this is business, and that managers are also on assignments so there is a lot that falls through the gaps, and not all battles can be fought blah de blah.
