The HR department was renamed "People and Culture" which is sham because culture is bad and people are incredibly undervalued, unappreciated and leaving. HR at Nexmo exists to protect upper management and nothing else. Is it better to have no company values or values that every single employee mocks behind management's back? People try to do the right thing then get scolded for it, so don't bother speaking up. If you are free thinking individual with talent and who likes autonomy, this isn't for you. If you take and accept orders blindly without question, then might be the right fit.
