A two days leave is considered is a long vacation and sick leaves are supposed to be planned and planned leaves feel like a stuff of fairy tales. No such thing as employee benefits. This company is a literal sweat shop. I had the best 3 years of my life working here, now i know i can survive any situation

Are you really kidding! I couldn't think of any (please refer the pros) PS- I have witnessed people because the management found out they were pregnant before officially declaration of the employee.
