Next Caller is a great place to work. The management treats all its employees well, and employee satisfaction is emphasized. The environment in the office is extremely positive (the company could even be described as a family, and I would not be exaggerating). Vacation time is great. Benefits are generally solid, although no 401(k) yet. Great work-life balance. There is definitely a work hard, play hard mentality, so if you do your job well, you will be respected.
Because Next Caller is somewhat of an established startup (or, at the very least, is heading in that direction), employees get the benefit of both. Growth opportunity is immense. I would strongly recommend Next Caller to people who are looking for a great place to work but also be treated well by those around them.
