Vantaggi
• People are really smart and care about each other. • I genuinely have a lot of fun with the people I work with and the work is not boring. • I have stayed for the tremendous growth opportunities and countless times the company has personally helped me beyond what a normal company would do. • The recruiting process continues to bring in talented, humble and coachable new team members as the company grows and as a more senior person - that is really rewarding and fun to build teams. • Diversity in people (not all white dudes). • Good leadership of the Co-CEOs - it's a very transparent company, and the evolution of their personal leadership style is inspirational.
Svantaggi
• If you want to just do your job - this is not the place for you. You will be stretched in unexpected ways, and ways that may sting for a while (direct feedback), and sometimes annoying but minor ways (like running to answer the door because there is no receptionist and the doorbell keeps ringing). You can own a lot of things and have a lot of responsibility – but can sometimes feel like you’re not making progress on any one thing and requires constant prioritization and communication. • The work hours are much better than even a few years ago as the company is maturing and ppl having families - but it's not a norm to leave at 5 if that is an important criteria for you. • It's a pretty open company and there isn’t anything like “you can’t bring that up at work” – it’s not a con, but that isn’t for everyone.
