We would like to apologize for any negative experience! Addressing our current or former employees questions and concerns is the top priority of our management staff. Next Level Associates is hiring for multiple positions and the only time an employee wouldn’t be moved to a new position is if they were consistently absent during the initial 3 weeks of training. We have an organic growth structure allowing us to promote, from within, the employees that separate themselves as leaders in our company. Employees are given a guaranteed base pay during their training period then have opportunities for commissions once they become an active agent on one of our marketing or sales campaigns. After 90 days an employee will start receiving the Health Benefits package that they chose in accordance with New Jersey’s Small Business Benefits requirements.
More importantly, if hired for the management-training program, the individual qualifies for weekly compounding bonuses that can total up to $2000 extra dollars per month on top of their normal pay structure. We do not disregard anyone’s questions about their duties and responsibilities as an employee of our company.
