I would suggest if you are a junior to avoid this organization as it will not promote your growth blindly letting coding agents generate code without an afterthought or having a clear cut thought process won't make you a better engineer. 4. If you are someone who wants to build a system while considering all corner cases as well as provisioning for future use cases and scale this is not the place. The philosophy is more along the lines of build code quick through genai if it breaks in prod we'll fix it then. 5.
