1.Projects are managed very poorly. 3 resources task assigned to single person. 2. Force to work on every weekend. And Leaves are not approved even when informed one month in advance. 3. Work quality is poor and projects are rushed and dragged to completion. 4.They promise client of automated translation with there in-house tools but when the project starts everything is done manually and employees are forced to work overtime to match automation speed. 5. No work like balance. Need to work daily for 12-14 hours 6. Appraisal and increments are very poor 7. Skills management is poor. People are randomly assigned to projects without considering there expertise.
