Does not follow industry standard in any sector whether it is HR Management or Software Development/, Documentation/ Version controlling/ Software Design Principle. The company runs on Excel sheet. 4. Often exhibits a sense of ownership over employees and HR management often try to take advantage of employees personal issue 5. Only recruits fresh graduates as they don't have any industry experience. Thus, they are easily manipulated. FYI, this is the first job for all current employees. 6.
