Great team. Good communication. Happy to have been with them even for a short time.

Just wasn't able to prioritize it as I was juggling multiple jobs.

The only pro would be working from home, but it's also a major con as the entire company works from home so everyone works in their own silos - nothing gets done.

No one on staff - management, community managers, sales execs know how to effectively manage or execute any sort of business plan. They won't pay for you to travel even if you're in sales and they expect millions in revenue in year 1 of operations. The CEO is a a-hole and has no solid leadership experience. He has to be reminded to check his emails. The founder has more or less removed himself other than to fire people - which they do regularly without any real rhyme or reason. They boast 6k members but NO ONE actually uses the site. They just signed up then ran for the hills as it's an awful product. You can't build a terrible product then build a salesforce around it expecting it to sell. They've gone through 2 CEOs in one year and two lay-offs. It's only a 50 person company...or was...
