Great exposure to the business of healthcare, but limited opportunity to work on modern tech stacks.

With PE comes a singular focus, limiting expense. The ambulatory provider market is low-growth, so do not expect much in terms of building out new teams and products, but the products currently sold tend to be sticky, so someone will buy this company for the ARR.
