Great communication, lots of opportunity to grow and succeed. They really champion your successes and are there for the agents and staff when help is needed.

They are a new Brokerage so they are getting more organized as they go, however, if I had to name one con at the moment is they could have more systems in place. More systems would give agents and staff the confidence that comes from knowing what's expected.

While the benefits are good and the work is manageable,

The lack of diversity among the staff is a significant issue that needs to be addressed. The practice of sharing passwords is unacceptable. This system compromises the integrity of our work and allows unauthorized access, which can lead to errors. Immediate action is required to ensure a more secure and inclusive environment.
